How we might envision the role of property rights in trying to build a green economy? How we make sense of new forms of property that are emerging, such as open-source plant patents, creative commons, and marketing cooperatives?
Dr Katherine Legun from the University of Otago will be covering a broad range of material very quickly, but in doing so, will try to highlight some patterns that can generate some thoughtful critique about new emergent property arrangements (and possibly even sites of reserved and anxious optimism).
